Paldorje Education Fund
The Paldorje Education Fund provides much-needed head start scholarships to less fortunate Sherpa children. In Nepal many children grow up in remote mountain villages, deprived of basic education. The Paldorje Fund’s mission is to help the next generation find their way to a brighter future. For every garment we sell, a small donation is made to this fund to provide full education scholarships to children. So far, we have 25 children in our program, and it grows every year. By doing this, we honor the dreams of our elders to make a better world. Although the Paldorje Education Fund is supported by Sherpa Adventure Gear, we always welcome kindness of friends.

The Children
The Paldorje Education Foundation envisions a world where all Sherpa children are educated through college and enjoy a good choice of careers. With proceeds generated by our business, the Foundation sponsors children through elementary and high school and four students in college undergraduate programs. Seeing their smiles, we know that our hearts have guided us to the right place.
